Joe Winston
President

With twenty years of experience in the promotional products industry, Joe Winston is the President of TechnoMarketing.  The promotional products industry consist of nearly 850,000 imprinted promotional items. Joe has selected the most unique and cost effective promotional items to get his clients results over the years.  From branded drinkware, apparel, totes, writing instruments, flash drives, desk accessories, calendars, you name it, Joe sold it. He used his branding and promotional marketing expertise to successfully manage the marketing campaigns for five elected officials in the Richmond area.

Joe overseas business operations and works directly with strategic accounts.  He specializes in promotional marketing consulting in healthcare, hospitality, and education markets. He also manages relationships he has forged over the years with key promotional product suppliers.  These relationships enable TechnoMarketing to offer clients promotional products at competitive prices, large inventory, and fast production.

Joe has branded himself a leader Richmond business community. In 2007 he chaired the Greater Richmond Chamber of Commerce total resource campaign where he established a record 2 million dollars raised. In 2009 Joe became the Founder and President of the Henrico County Business Leaders.


Will Winston
Director of Sales

Will learned the importance of the power of a strong brand during five years of selling for UPS. He used many promotional items during sales calls and trade shows to increase UPS brand awareness. These imprinted promotional products gave Will the edge over his competition. He found that carefully selected promotional products can make an impact in regards to winning and retaining business. The UPS lapel pin (promotional product) he wore opened many doors for him along the way. Wills experience with promotional items at UPS, a Fortune 100 company, helped him brand TechnoMarketing as well as his clients more effectively.

Will currently overseas sales operations for TechnoMarketing up and down the East coast. He works closely with key accounts to help his clients increase sales, reward employees, retain clients, and increase brand awareness. Will consults effectively with his clients due to his long standing relationships with promotional product suppliers. Working closely with preferred promotional product suppliers enables TechnoMarketing to be first to market with new, innovative, and retail inspired promotional products. In return, TechnoMarketing's clients are able put new promotional items in their marketing campaigns before their competitors.

Will currently serves on the Longwood University Alumni Advisory Board. He chairs the membership committee for the Henrico Business Leaders. He was recently elected and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Mid Atlantic Promotional Products Association. In March of 2012, Will is representing TechnoMarketing by attending the Promo Marketing Power Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee. The Promo Marketing Power Meeting includes A-list distributors and suppliers in the promotional marketing industry.


Andy Metcalf
Director of Sales

Andy Metcalf joined TechnoMarketing in July 2011.  For the past 12 years Andy has owned and operated Metcalf Lumber in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. He has successfully carried on the Metcalf Lumber tradition of serving the central Wisconsin area for over 80 years. His success can be attributed to his salesmanship and his ability to successfully market and brand his own business. Through marketing his own business over the years with promotional products, Andy uncovered the need for a promotional marketing presence in central Wisconsin.

Andy understands the importance of promotional marketing and how it relates to customer retention, employee recognition, and gaining new clients. Through partnering with TechnoMarketing, Andy has opened a TechnoMarketing location in Central Wisconsin. Andy serves as Director of Sales in our North Division and travels throughout Wisconsin consulting with clients. Andy is leveraging TechnoMarketing’s experience in the promotional products industry to bring innovative and cost effective promotional items to his clients. Andy recently attended the Advertising Specialty Institute Promotional Product Trade Show in Orlando, Florida.


Nancy Eaton
Operations Manager

Nancy Eaton has over twenty years of experience in the promotional products industry. She joined Joe in the early 90's and was with him when he founded TechnoMarketing. Her experience makes her a valuable asset to our clients. Based on the item you are interested in, when you need it, and your budget you are working with, Nancy can quickly find the best suppliers to get the job done. With thousands of promotional products suppliers in our industry, Nancy selects suppliers with 5 star ratings, high quality products, consistent inventory levels, and fast production times. This enables our clients to rest assured the promotional item they order will meet their deadline and exceed their expectations while staying within their budget.

Working with clients come naturally to Nancy. She has over twenty of customer service experience in our industry. Not only does she consistently exceed the expectations of our clients, she communicates directly with our preferred promotional product vendors. Her relationships with the service departments of our preferred promotional suppliers ensures our clients orders are received and fulfilled in a timely manner.
